Orlando’s Home Course Since 1924. Celebrating over 100 years of Dubsdread.

This classic course has plenty of history attached to it as the former site of the Orlando Golf Open, when it hosted such golf legends as Sam Snead, Ben Hogan and Claude Harmon. Today, golfers are treated to the same beautiful scenery and challenges of the original course, including narrow fairways and heavily bunkered, “postage stamp” style greens.

Our company holiday dinner last night was amazing.  The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all the staff were amazing!  I had excellent reviews from all of our employees and their spouses.  Keep up the great work!

Wow, what a great cool course! From the moment we stepped foot in the proshop, the gentleman who worked behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Explained the front and back 9's, gave us a receipt to hit a bucket of balls, and explained alot about the history of the course. We ended up getting paired with two older guys from out of town as well who were very cool and about the same handicap. We had a great time! The course is challenging but fair to the average golfer. So cool cutting thru the neighborhood (literally) to find the next tee box and enjoy the views of the city. I would play this course over and over again if I could. You can tell that the locals take pride in their home course. Great people, great carts, great green conditions and overall just a great course! I will be back! Thank you DUBS!🏌‍♂️⛳️

Played there today and what a great experience it was. The staff was top notch, from the pro shop guy who checked me in to the starter and the cart girl. All super friendly and first class. The history of the course as far as what former PGA pros played here way back in the day. The starter fills you in on all of this. Was great to listen to the history of the course. It was my First time playing the course and what a great course it is for 100 years old. Not super long but a great course doesn’t need to be long , as it’s challenging enough without the length. Thats what great about old courses like this. It’s a must play. Course was in real good shape and flows thru neighborhood of College Park in Orlando. Just beautiful even without much water but nice doglegs and some rolling hills. I will definitely be going back ASAP. Keep up the great work !

Fantastic bargain! Most area courses were asking in excess of $100 but this one was a little more than half that and worth every penny. The pro shop you was one of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Free range balls to warm up and tee times were running right on time. Great course conditions with beautiful fairways and smooth quick greens. Definitely a bit shorter than the average course but it had a number of tees to choose from. They even had a roving ranger who asked the group in front of us to pick it up a little. Can’t ask for anything more from a golf course. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed lunch with a few friends. Beautiful afternoon to eat a delicious turkey wrap with sweet potato wrap on the patio. Friendly staff and prompt service! I highly recommend.

Dubsdread Golf Course - Is like a multi- course meal.

It started with a pleasant welcome greeting from Herman in the proshop. He set us up with the round, golf clubs, and practice balls for the range. He confirmed that it is Dubsdread's 100th anniversary! We purchased a commemorative ball marker. This course is the original home of the Orlando Open! It's definitely a mature traditional course.

It has a unique driving range, and all targets must carry water! Putting, sand pits, and putting green are in good condition.

Challenging for the average golfer, with assorted hazzards and water (remember the practice driving range).

I saved the best for last. Dubsdread is home of the Tap Room. This popular local restaurant has food and service that made us want to golf just to return for a great local meal. Heyley and Beth Ann gave us great service. The Tap Room features new great specials for every day of the week!😋 The food is cooked perfectly, and the portions are generous!

We started our meal with a fat tire lager, balsamic & blue cheese chips (a Tap Room specialty), and lump crab and cheese dip. Both were exceptional!

I had the bbq rib special, which could easily feed three. The ribs were so tender, I only needed my fork for the meal. My wife had the parmesian encrusted fresh grouper. It was moist with large flakey texture. The meal was topped off with key lime pie. All are Floridian favorites!

I can see why the locals want to keep returning!🥰

Indoor and outdoor dining. There are stairs making access more difficult. Family friendly. Watch out, the menu changes at 4pm lunch/dinner. Brunch on Sunday is very crowded!
