This hotel is a little far from Orlando Nuce Golf resort with nice accommodations. Bur i swear thwrw was a ghost in our room But ill stay there again.

It’s been a month and a half and have not been reached out to about any of the issues we’ve experienced during our less than 12 hour time here. We’ve tried contacting anyone that works at this company and have not received any response. Our water being shut off prior to check out is ridiculous. Couldn’t shower, brush teeth, or even flush the toilet. I think it’s fair to say we deserve some kind of compensation for this. Below is the review we left prior to this one a month and a half ago

After booking a room last minute due to a family emergency we arrived at the hotel 2 hours later and were told that our name was not in the system. The individual at the front desk insisted we used a 3rd party booking site even after we showed him proof of our confirmation email directly from the Mission Inn email listed on their very own website. Eventually we were able to acquire a room that was not the room we booked and were placed at the very end of a hotel that is under construction and very much empty. The rooms are clean but outdated. The next morning we were woken up by workers of the hotel entering our room at 7:30 am without knocking and walking all the way to the end of the bed and then again by another working around 8:30. At 9:50 another employee began knocking on the door and telling us that we had to immediately leave the room and check out when check out isn’t until 11:00. Needless to say we will never return and will never recommend this experience to anyone else as it is advertised as one of the nicest resort hotels in Leesburg/Clermont area. (Edit) our water was also shut off around 9:00 this morning so we were unable to flush toilet, shower etc.

Attended a wedding here and the rooms were clean but limited and basic. No Elevator and no easy access for luggage so dont bring a lot.
Breakfast is very average and extra and not worth it.
It's not cheap or value for money.
If you have a wedding here it's okay but you can get a lot more for less.

Two months ago, we ate at their Conquistador Restaurant for Magical Dining Month. Wonderful food and service, so the previous 5 star stands for that and a brunch buffet 5 years ago. Based on the previous good experiences, I rated the food, staff and service 5 stars however, the same can't be said for what my friends and I experienced this Thanksgiving at their 5 pm seating yesterday. So very disappointed 😞 in the food, service, and attitude of most of the staff at the reservation area and the food buffet area.

The guy manning the area said there was a short delay in seating us. However, it was a long 50 minutes late in seating our party of three ladies and if the person who made the reservation hadn't prodded him about when we would get seated, we would have been overlooked. When we were seated, it was a long wait for water and beverages. The food on the hot tables was cold, sparse, dry, and the managers in the dining room and most of the food staff were not helpful. We had to tackle staff for water and soft drinks. Oysters Rockefeller not refilled, no slices of turkey, mainly looked like pulled meat, hard rolls, and the cake was dry. The bright spot was the roast beef, which was tender. However, taken in its entirety, it was not worth the $70 per person and the mandatory 21 percent tip, which was required to be prepaid. They need to get their act together. We won't be back for any other holiday brunches. We may go back for individual meals during Magical Dining Month.

This place is very dated. Some of elevators are out of order. Dryer for guests, out of order. Snack machines are low. Soap for washer, out of order. Layout of golf course is good but it is neglected and looks terrible. Beds are comfy and plenty of hot water. Food has been excellent but service is slow. I don't think they have put any money in this place for a long time.

The building was charming but older. Renovations were being done on parts of the building. The tennis courts were not the best view but the restaurants were fabulous. Enjoying tea outside near the hacienda was very cozy.steve was phenomenal... My towels didn't show up despite the concierge sharing consider it done.. doesn't matter I walk back in and Steve had them in 30 seconds. He was happy to assist at car unloading, valet, and just everywhere I turned... The man was a one person army. Ann Maria on the phones was such a sweet heart... We arrived right before the Porsche convention at the hotel and in the middle of a hurricane evacuation which despite the chaos everything at the hotel felt so calm and peaceful.
