Spent the first week of December golfing at orange lake
The courses are in great condition green's are very nice👍
Gary, Peter,John,Joe and and the rest of the golf course staff were awesome

Just tried to play the legends golf course at orange lake but was informed after paying that we were not allowed to play because we only had one bag. The airlines misplaced my son’s bag so we only had one to use unless we wanted to pay more and rent one of theirs. We didn’t feel the excuse of it affecting the speed of play warranted the addition money. We were required to have two in a cart and since you could only hit one ball at a time we found this to be a ridiculous reason for robbing us of this opportunity to play while on vacation! We were so looking forward to spending time together on the course. I could understand if we were walking how it might slow things down but I feel under the circumstances there should have been some leeway and understanding of the circumstances. We’ve played the course many times and come often as we have been owners at this resort for over 35 years and enjoyed it but sadly because of the poor customer service or should I say lack of flexibility in their rules we will never play here again.
As a side note the course was empty. Seems like bad business to forgo repeat paying customers and lose their business forever.
At least the Disney courses will give you an empty bag at no additional expense under such circumstances. Looks like we’ll be giving our business to Disney from now on!
All we ask for is a little understanding and flexibility.

It's gone so down hill first room no lights didn't work in the bathroom, TV didn't work,had to change rooms 2nd one the room next to us had 5 cars for 1 unit,they were parked on the grass everywhere, dishwasher didn't work had to call twice finally angel came out,we were there 9 days the dishwasher only worked the one time,the master bathroom backed up,I called was told noone could looked it till later I called at 6an really for the money I paid unbelievable, I had to call at 9 about it yet again it was a pure mess got to the point I quit calling,I come there all the time don't think anymore stay away also trash everywhere daily

We stayed right on the golf course so there was plenty ti watch , the golfers we had spoken to said it's a fun and challenging course and looked like a great time...

I trained here almost everyday for 6 months and I love it. The McCord-Brown Golf Academy is a great place to learn. A very high quality place with some of the best staff around. This place is huge! 54 holes and a night course. My favorite thing about this place is the wildlife and beautiful scenery.
